Follow Explanation

Go to Start Menu and Create new Notepad

 Enter channel data (as shown in the picture

Select Save, and then follow me in the picture

write any name to want In the last point and cfg

Format save cfg 

After you are done IPTV channels to Flash USB Send File To Receiver 

Login to Favorite flash and then select the file

And Ok 

  Will be loading

Login to Favorite IPTV and enjoy watching the channels through receiver
